Key Responsibilities

•Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals as part of the boutique team
•Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales and client experience, ensuring items are stocked and VM standards followed
•Maintain selling floor standards through replenishment, tagging, and ticketing; assist in inventory preparation
•Process transactions accurately, manage CRM and post-sale support, and monitor POS variances with management
•Provide high levels of customer service, including greeting clients, assisting with questions, and wrapping/packaging at POS
