Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lubrication activities using greases, oils, and solid lubricants on running equipment.
  • •Perform oil changes and flushing procedures on running equipment.
  • •Complete daily lube routine forms (paper or electronic) and support daily plant inspections and cleanup.
  • •Operate and load equipment to move raw material to the main plant for production.
  • •Troubleshoot operational problems and use basic diagnostic/inspection tools; dismantle defective equipment and install repaired/replacement parts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid Driver’s License.
  • •Ability to perform lubrication activities and oil changes/flush procedures on running equipment.
  • •Ability to use hand tools (e.g., drills, wrenches) and perform physical tasks including walking, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
