Key Responsibilities

•Key in-charge for Finance-related matters in the newly established Asian boutique trading house with annual sales turnover 120+ mln USD/p.a.
•Bank Communication & Treasury Management: lead the process of opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts for 3+ entities. Execute daily payments - prepare, verify, and submit all documentation required for transaction execution.
•Full responsibility for regular operational activities in the areas of liquidity management, budgeting, financial instruments, reporting, tax compliance.
•Collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, client support, logistics, supply chain) in multiple geographies from supplier’s and client’s side
•Analytical support to commercial teams and management; Communication with local audit teams and regulators

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in finance/audit/internal control/consulting
•Languages: Chinese (fluent), English (fluent)
•Good understanding of B2B global sales operations (Incoterms, Trade finance instruments, etc.)
•Advanced communication and analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset
•ACCA / CIMA / CMA degree is an advantage
