Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete and submit customer security questionnaires as the primary responder for due diligence requests using established response frameworks and policy documentation.
  • •Research and validate non-standard client questions by sourcing supporting evidence and coordinating with internal security/compliance teams.
  • •Maintain consistency and quality by ensuring responses use current approved language and align with the customer’s security posture; flag gaps or outdated documentation.
  • •Collaborate with compliance and security teams to verify information and ensure consistency across submissions.
  • •Process specialized vendor security questionnaires, mapping responses across control domains and risk tiering using Excel matrices and cloud portals.
