Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and continuously optimize backend core services for live streaming to improve system quality and engineering efficiency.
  • •Drive stability initiatives for critical scenarios, including disaster recovery architecture design, monitoring enhancements, and fault detection and recovery.
  • •Provide service architecture governance by identifying systemic risks and advancing architecture evolution and engineering standards.
  • •Contribute to AI-driven system architecture evolution by designing and developing AI-friendly service architectures and data pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking.
  • •Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Go, Java, C++, Python) and familiarity with microservices and common software architecture patterns.
  • •Strong logical thinking and problem decomposition skills to independently analyze complex problems and drive resolution.
  • •Strong technical curiosity and self-driven learning to understand systems at a fundamental level.
  • •Good communication and collaboration skills with a strong sense of engineering ownership.
