Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and continuously optimize backend core services for live streaming to improve system quality and engineering efficiency.
•Drive stability initiatives for critical scenarios, including disaster recovery architecture design, monitoring enhancements, and fault detection and recovery.
•Provide service architecture governance by identifying systemic risks and advancing architecture evolution and engineering standards.
•Contribute to AI-driven system architecture evolution by designing and developing AI-friendly service architectures and data pipelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking.
•Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Go, Java, C++, Python) and familiarity with microservices and common software architecture patterns.
•Strong logical thinking and problem decomposition skills to independently analyze complex problems and drive resolution.
•Strong technical curiosity and self-driven learning to understand systems at a fundamental level.
•Good communication and collaboration skills with a strong sense of engineering ownership.
