Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, validate, and monitor budgets, funds, expenditures, forecasts, and contingency drawdown across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Review cost estimates and develop/maintain forecasts and cost control plans for new construction and site expansion projects.
  • •Track and analyze expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions supported by cost risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • •Support reviews of material contracts and contractor subcontracts, and manage change orders to ensure cost control and approvals follow Micron’s CMOC and change management processes.
  • •Monitor and verify project costs (materials, labor, equipment), ensure correct cost allocation using WBS, and prepare cost reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of cost control experience in the semiconductor construction industry or a similar capital projects environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and cost control software.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
