Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on, on-site technical support and product training to customers and distributors, including introductions to Sika systems and products.
  • •Execute product mock-ups, conduct applicator/contractor training, and create QC Modules for the Vertical Market (VM) Residential segment and Sika Pro Centers.
  • •Conduct regular product testing for internal development and external competitor comparisons.
  • •Develop and implement targeted improvement plans to address operational gaps and ensure high-quality delivery of technical support.
  • •Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce cost, and increase productivity; collaborate cross-functionally to analyze feedback and resolve recurring field technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in construction chemicals or general construction.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and application methods.
  • •Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, plus strong negotiation skills to handle customer objections.
