Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute an overarching vendor management strategy for GMNS, rationalizing enterprise and multi-market vendor relationships.
  • •Own and manage vendor lifecycle activities, including onboarding, ongoing oversight, and offboarding, acting as the designated Third-Party Relationship Manager.
  • •Lead pre-contract due diligence, data source evaluation, internal approvals, and identify opportunities to enhance vendor capabilities through new technologies and automation.
  • •Collaborate on vendor budgets, forecasts, and actuals; mitigate risks related to cost overruns and fragmented vendor engagements while driving cost efficiencies.
  • •Conduct service reviews to assess vendor performance, SLAs, cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and oversee due diligence, compliance monitoring, and issue remediation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,250 - 150,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, third-party risk management, procurement, and sourcing.
  • •Strong understanding of contract negotiation and lifecycle management.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory and policy frameworks and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
  • •Analytical and communication strengths, including proficiency with Excel/reporting tools and PowerPoint.
