•Perform full-cycle recruiting for open technical and product positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation
•Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
•Act as a true Talent Partner to business lines—consult, advise, and coach hiring managers and stakeholders
•Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process and drive HR projects and initiatives
•Manage recruiting databases and HR assets, maintaining a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent
