Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform full-cycle recruiting for open technical and product positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation
  • •Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • •Act as a true Talent Partner to business lines—consult, advise, and coach hiring managers and stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process and drive HR projects and initiatives
  • •Manage recruiting databases and HR assets, maintaining a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent
