Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and support direct/indirect tax reporting, international tax computation, and tax compliance applications, including administering core tax software and updates/rollovers.
  • •Build, test, deploy, and maintain Alteryx ETL workflows to automate data ingestion, transformation, formatting, and calculation validation for the global tax department.
  • •Support and troubleshoot automated solutions by identifying/resolving data mapping failures, API connection issues, and logic defects in automation pipelines.
  • •Maintain tax provision/return legal entity hierarchies and required master data attributes across tax applications, including supporting SharePoint tax department sites.
  • •Drive tax process improvements and technology-enabled change by partnering with Tax, Accounting, IT, FP&A, and advisors; act as liaison for translating requirements into technology solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Computer/Data Science, or Information Systems (advanced degree a plus).
  • •3–6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, tax technology, data automation, finance transformation, or related analytical/technology work.
  • •Expert-level Excel skills, including Power Query, advanced formulas, and reverse-engineering complex legacy workbooks.
  • •Hands-on experience building workflows in Alteryx, plus experience with data analytics, extraction/transformation, data mapping, and process design.
  • •Prior exposure to Hyperion/HFM or SAP and/or corporate tax software (ONESOURCE, CorpTax) is a strong plus.
