Job Summary

Lead and implement Common Data Environments (CDE) for major real estate projects, aligning with ISO 19650, and driving adoption across stakeholders. Configure CDE structures, metadata, workflows and access control; manage change control; develop information standards and programme reporting; oversee day-to-day CDE delivery and mentor CDE Managers and Document Controllers; provide training to new and existing users.

•Lead Complex Stakeholder Engagement to enable CDE adoption and align with enterprise systems architecture.

•Establish and manage CDE configuration change control and governance processes.
•Produce project/program Information Standards detailing IM and CDE requirements.
•Develop and deliver programme-wide reporting on CDE usage focusing on data accuracy, completeness and performance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years as an Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller
•Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Information Management and Document Control
•Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (Part 2) and impact on IM and Document Control
•Experience developing Information Standards, BEPs, and AIR/EIR documentation
•Ability to lead and mentor CDE Managers / Document Controllers and lead project meetings
