Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform metal and sand testing to verify process control and product quality requirements
  • •Conduct incoming material testing and verify material certifications against applicable specifications
  • •Prepare customer certifications, metallography reports, laboratory reports, and related test documentation
  • •Set up and perform resonant frequency testing, including sample evaluation and verification activities
  • •Maintain laboratory and testing equipment through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Ability to perform laboratory testing and inspection activities in a manufacturing environment
  • •Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, procedures, and technical documentation
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document test results and findings
