Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Honeywell site HSE requirements, legislation, and customer HSE requirements and airfield operational procedures.
  • •Establish HSE processes and relationships with site teams to meet HSE goals and improve safety culture.
  • •Manage and deploy HSE performance planning (AOP) and governance/auditing, including regular contract HSE reviews.
  • •Conduct HSE inspections, deliver HSE trainings, and ensure 100% implementation of TBT and adherence to training plans.
  • •Lead HSE risk assessments, injury/incident investigations, corrective actions, and permit-to-work system effectiveness to sustain HSE objectives and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or Science, with 2 years of experience, or a Diploma in engineering (Electrical preferred) with 4 years of experience.
  • •Mandatory HSE qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.
  • •Internal/Lead Auditor certification for ISO 45001:2018 (advantage).
  • •2–4 years of HSE experience; experience in Airport/Aviation safety, manufacturing, construction, or project management is desired.
  • •Strong influencing and communication skills; proficiency in Hindi and English and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
