Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct site visits to verify site conditions and infrastructure for new development projects (rented and owned).
  • •Prepare project estimates, budgets, approvals, and sign-offs prior to commitments, and plan project execution strategies with cost management.
  • •Manage and supervise construction progress against approved schedules, including change management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Manage project financial expenditure and monitor costs to ensure compliance with planned expenditure and contractual obligations.
  • •Support payments certification tracking, resolve contractor/consultant conflicts, ensure compliance with operating policies and local regulations, and support green building initiatives (e.g., LEED, FSC, low VOC).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputed university.
  • •8+ years of project management experience in building out projects, including at least 2 years as a client/consultant representative at construction sites handling and certifying contractor progress payments.
  • •Computer literate with tools such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • •Strong organization, planning, and time management skills with proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • •Excellent command of spoken and written English; familiar with local market dynamics.
