Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day coordination and support for estimating and contract operations in the office 5 days per week.
  • •Oversee bidding processes from initial bid reviews through final submissions, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • •Manage bid documents and prepare bid packets, including reviewing requirements, incorporating specifications, and obtaining signatures/approvals.
  • •Maintain bid delivery coordination with bid runners and maintain bid calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets for visibility.
  • •Prepare contract-related documents and review/process project invoicing, including quantities, subcontractor payments, and profit/loss reporting accuracy.
