Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain current HSES policies and procedures and ensure compliance requirements are interpreted and monitored.
  • •Ensure adequate manning for HSES activities and identify/execute HSES training needs.
  • •Produce and implement local and project HSES procedures and ensure HSES personnel perform as required.
  • •Facilitate HAZID and other risk reviews; prepare HSES audit plans, conduct audits, and prepare HSES activity plans and performance reports.
  • •Own and lead implementation/enforcement/verification of McDermott HSES policies; monitor subcontractors and vendors and support incident investigations and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in an HSES-related field.
  • •Over 8-9 years of HSE experience within the energy industry.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Trained and experienced ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, or 45001).
  • •Ability to act as a team leader and deliver excellent written and verbal communication, including conversing with local and international HSES laws and regulations.
