Job Summary

Provide timely, efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned funds. Deliver a high-quality client experience by assisting with complex and standardized banking activities, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to support sales and service processes and follow internal controls, risk management, and branch procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to improve their experience.
•Support team sales activities through outbound calling, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to specialists.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
•Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

•Ability to master PC keyboard/software for branch automation and use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
