Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify error patterns, and translate insights into actionable feedback for guidelines and operations teams.
  • •Provide expert judgment on complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, interpret safety guidelines, and validate benchmark “golden sets” for enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive global quality goals.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly QA reports using dashboards and AI, and support training rollouts for new policy changes and operational guideline updates (estimated ~20% of monthly output).

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust & safety or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication skills to lead calibration sessions, deliver training, and partner with BPO and internal teams.
  • •Fluency in English for interacting with local content and stakeholders in the English market, plus English as the primary working language.
