Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Lead the sales floor as a Key Holder by demonstrating product knowledge, supporting store operations, and independently running the store during non-peak times. Deliver a great customer experience aligned with the TUMI Selling Ceremony, build client relationships using data capture and Proximity clienteling, and help achieve monthly, quarterly, and KPI goals. Support training and merchandising, coordinate daily associate activities, manage transactions and records, and help maintain safe, secure, and loss-prevention standards.
