Key Responsibilities

  • •Own effective and timely communication with clients about treasury management products via phone, email, or in-person.
  • •Onboard treasury products and services for existing and new clients, including executing legal documentation and conducting client training.
  • •Review treasury management agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for treasury products, services, and systems, with ownership of onboarding experience and client satisfaction.
  • •Track projects and provide reporting while escalating and resolving risk issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •1-3 years of banking or office experience (or equivalent education).
  • •Advanced banking knowledge; treasury management knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong PC computer skills.
  • •Strong communication skills and high attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize duties.
