Job Summary

Lead the sector transformation plan for surface radar multi-function operations, acting as the LEAN reference. You will develop LEAN management within project teams, coach them on problem-solving and associated rituals, and consolidate performance dashboards and reporting routines. In this role, you also organize and run sector performance reviews, supporting operations and performance direction with a strong industrial focus.

•Contribute to building and steering the sector transformation plan.
•Be the LEAN reference for the sector and develop LEAN management across project teams.
•Train and coach teams on problem resolution and facilitate related rituals.
•Consolidate sector performance dashboard(s), run associated routines, and represent the sector in reporting forums.
•Organize and facilitate sector performance reviews.

Key Requirements

•Master’s level degree (BAC+5).
•At least 10 years of experience leading transformation projects in an industrial environment with high stakes.
•Strong knowledge of LEAN tools and problem-solving methods.
•Demonstrated leadership with recognized relational skills, determination, and analytical mindset.
•Ability to propose improvements and influence stakeholders.
