Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to building and steering the sector transformation plan.
  • •Be the LEAN reference for the sector and develop LEAN management across project teams.
  • •Train and coach teams on problem resolution and facilitate related rituals.
  • •Consolidate sector performance dashboard(s), run associated routines, and represent the sector in reporting forums.
  • •Organize and facilitate sector performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s level degree (BAC+5).
  • •At least 10 years of experience leading transformation projects in an industrial environment with high stakes.
  • •Strong knowledge of LEAN tools and problem-solving methods.
  • •Demonstrated leadership with recognized relational skills, determination, and analytical mindset.
  • •Ability to propose improvements and influence stakeholders.
