Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and accurately document compounding procedures, quality assurance/quality control checks, and dispensing of compounded preparations
  • •Train and evaluate compounding personnel
  • •Review and approve materials for use in compounding
  • •Oversee use of equipment to compound prescription orders and monitor the compounding environment in conjunction with the maintenance team
  • •Must have familiarity and experience with all necessary pharmacy and compounding equipment

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of pharmacist experience, at least 1+ in a compounding pharmacy or relevant compounding experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • •Active Pharmacist License in Ohio
  • •Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy
  • •Ability to work flexible shift times
