  • •Analyse user requirements to support on-time delivery and minimise deviations using standardised specifications and costings.
  • •Plan, manage, and control fit-out projects for timely, cost-effective delivery while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • •Establish and implement interior design standards to ensure efficient processes and full statutory/regulatory compliance.
  • •Negotiate, review, and approve materials and designs with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and value.
  • •Review contractor progress and monitor delivery against schedule, quality, design, and cost, including managing construction/renovation activities and advising user departments through execution and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture or related, preferably specialising in interior design and project management.
  • •8 years of experience in Facilities, Maintenance or other related fields.
  • •Experience in interiors design, fit out, and project management for large-scale commercial or corporate projects, including contractor/consultant/stakeholder management.
  • •Project management and delivery of large-scale fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • •Knowledge of cost control, budgeting/value engineering, contract/vendor management, and regulatory/statutory compliance.
