Job Summary

Manage end-to-end invoicing for IT services by processing, reviewing, reconciling, and approving invoices for accuracy, authorization, and compliance. Serve as a liaison between delivery partners and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain complete invoice records. Monitor invoice statuses, follow up on pending approvals, and support month-end/year-end closing with invoice data and reporting while continuously improving invoicing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
•Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and delivery tickets.
•Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, finance, and internal stakeholders.
•Maintain accurate invoice records and supporting documentation.
•Monitor invoice status, follow up on pending approvals, and support month-end/year-end closing with invoice data and reports.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•3–5 years of experience in IT, accounts payable, invoicing, or finance operations.
•Experience working with service delivery of IT services.
•Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
