Key Responsibilities

  • •Surface and ship customer success stories from support tickets, sales nominations, deal wins, and win-loss interviews, choosing and producing marquee stories and quantified proof points.
  • •Coordinate customer advocacy outputs including press interviews, webinars, keynotes, and Customer Advisory Board advocacy, aligning narrative and speakers in advance.
  • •Support sales enablement by providing customer references, identifying which customers to speak and what to cover, and supplying the proof for seller tools.
  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer stories from interview to live asset, including legal and brand engagement and keeping customer permissions current.
  • •Deliver measurable outcomes in the first 12 months, including new marquee stories, region/product/vertical case studies, reference turnaround, timely story publishing, and improved close rates.
