Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a US technical team plus nearshore and contractor resources; set expectations and own career development aligned to the business vision.
  • •Own delivery governance and quality across client engagements by setting technical standards and reviewing architectures so deployments exceed client value.
  • •Support commercial expansion by joining the sales cycle, acting as technical authority on scopes and SOWs, and closing recurring expansion opportunities.
  • •Build SOPs, playbooks, and capacity planning to help the team execute consistently as the business scales.
  • •Partner with Operations, Finance, and the Global Product team on priorities and market feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 190,000

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years delivering data, cloud, analytics, or AI solutions, including at least 3 years leading and developing people.
  • •Proven track record managing and growing technical teams (engineers, architects, analysts, delivery resources), including nearshore or contractor models.
  • •Technical fluency across cloud architecture (GCP strongly preferred), BigQuery and data warehousing, plus modern AI/ML including LLMs and generative AI.
  • •Client-facing experience translating technical strategy into business value for enterprise stakeholders.
  • •Experience partnering with sales on scoping, pricing, closing technical engagements, and reviewing SOWs for deliverability.
