Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the end-to-end customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding through full production maturity.
  • •Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analyst, director, and CISO-level stakeholders, translating technical usage into business value and security outcomes.
  • •Monitor usage and account metrics, identify expansion and renewal risk signals, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Address customer technical requests by proactively identifying and resolving issues and providing technical guidance to ensure successful usage.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with onboarding engineers, technical support, engineering, sales, and product management to resolve issues and promote customer feature requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles in SaaS/technology, ideally with cybersecurity experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO) and running QBRs/EBRs that connect technical adoption to outcomes.
  • •Expertise with at least one SIEM product (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight), including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • •Strong grasp of networking concepts, operating systems, and log telemetry (e.g., network and Identity).
  • •Experience using tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and Jira, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
