Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with IT equipment inventory and asset management for nonexpendable, expendable, and durable government equipment for an assigned Hand Receipt Holder (HRH).
  • •Coordinate with the Installation Property Book Office and support updates in DPAS (or related systems) for equipment over the $500 threshold and as required.
  • •Help maintain durable/expendable equipment records and ensure IT equipment is input and tracked in the ASTS database maintained internally by PAE Fires.
  • •Receive IT-related equipment, verify delivery accuracy, apply barcodes, store/transport items, and prepare DA Forms 2062 and 3161 for property actions.
  • •Support periodic inventory actions, including monthly 100% sensitive item inventories and annual updates of DA Form 2062.

Key Requirements

  • •Current SECRET clearance required to start.
  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Current driver license and clean driving record required.
  • •2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong organization skills.
