  • •Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Develop and implement new standards, procedures, and best practices for procurement; automate processes to transform operations.
  • •Manage cross-functional projects at local or regional levels and set goals, performance expectations, and differentiated performance management for the team.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • •Experience in at least two domains: Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Human Resources.
  • •Experience using business operations tools and techniques for process optimization and KPI tracking.
  • •Ability to lead and manage procurement efforts with excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
