Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage deployment and sustainment activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and civil buildouts.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols, safety regulations, and technical specifications; coordinate with teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,157 - 141,617 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a tower climber/tower worker, including climbing minimum 200 ft for tower maintenance and equipment installation.
  • •Able to climb towers and structures up to 400 feet high, and be tower climb certified to complete inspections per Tower Industry Association (TIA) 222-G standards (Comtrain Competent Climber/Rescuer or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of deployment and sustainment operations, with ability to review and recommend on deployment documentation (e.g., JAI as-builts, system diagrams, work statements).
  • •Certified (or able to be certified) in accordance with OSHA regulations and ANSI/TIA standards.
  • •Must pass a DHS Customs and Border Protections background investigation and be able to travel up to 75%.
