Job Summary

Serve as the communications point person for Netflix across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, helping strengthen the brand and share Netflix’s impact in the DACH region. Partner with Content, Global Affairs, Publicity, and Marketing to craft compelling narratives, connect creativity and innovation to local outcomes, and build understanding among media and key opinion formers. Work independently on communication workstreams while supporting a fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

•Enhance Netflix’s reputation and communicate Netflix’s impact in the DACH region.
•Collaborate with internal partners across Content, Global Affairs, Publicity, and Marketing to craft narratives.
•Highlight Netflix’s contribution from the creative economy to innovation, connecting local stories to global hits.
•Engage media and key opinion formers to explain how Netflix shapes and contributes to the entertainment landscape in DACH.
•Manage communication workstreams independently while remaining an effective team player.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in entertainment, media, or consumer goods.
•Strong writing and communication skills in both German and English.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, give/receive constructive feedback, and work proactively as well as collaboratively.
