Drive TikTok Shop Ads adoption by managing a high-volume book of agency partners across Europe. You’ll lead consultative commercial conversations, act as a subject matter expert on product adoption and campaign optimization, and create scalable sales propositions. Own end-to-end merchant and engagement activities—prospecting, onboarding, activation, and incubation—while monitoring performance and using data to maximize ROI and long-term partner growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow TikTok Shop Ads revenue by leading commercial conversations with agencies across your book of business.
•Serve as a TikTok Shop Ads subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization.
•Identify and create scalable sales propositions using internal and external data with minimal customization.
•Lead end-to-end engagement for TikTok Shop merchants, including prospecting, onboarding, project planning, and supporting activation and incubation programs.
•Oversee campaign setup and performance monitoring, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Experience in advertising sales, business development, digital marketing, or eCommerce account management/client services with direct client management.
•Experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role (including TSPs/TikTok Shop Partners).
•Ability to influence buy-in, build relationships, and establish trust with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while managing a high-volume book of business.
•Solid knowledge of online advertising and eCommerce fundamentals, including campaign setup, optimization, KPIs, ROAS, and GMV.
•Strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations independently and deliver client-focused solutions in a scaling organization.
