Job Summary

Entry-level Contracts Management role supporting a broad ladder within Contracts Management. Coordinates and oversees contract management on projects, with potential to lead segments of contracts up to $125 million, across EPC/EPCI scopes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation). Reports to Contracts Manager/Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams on commercial, legal or functional aspects.

•Assist and ensure the preparation of Pre-Contract Award activities, including bid submissions and alignment of terms with project documentation
•Assist and ensure the preparation of Post Contract Award activities such as contract setup, project contract summaries, and documentation
•Coordinate contract-related tasks with multidisciplinary teams (Project Management, Engineering, SCM, Fabrication, Construction, Marine Installation)
•Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to manage contract performance and commercial requirements
•Organize and chair Commercial Management meetings and contribute to lessons learned for bid submissions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, legal, Commercial or Quantity Surveying with 3 years of functional experience in contract management
