Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cardboard cartons/trays for packing by folding, taping, sorting, and labeling; secure carton ends and place on the work area.
  • •Perform visual inspections of finished goods packaging (e.g., seals, code dates, bag registration/prices) and remove defective/out-of-spec product.
  • •Fill cartons/displays based on packaging specs and ensure correct corresponding labels, tapes, and seals as applicable.
  • •Stack correct number of cartons/trays on pallets/skids using correct stacking pattern; move finished goods weighing up to 300 lbs if applicable.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S), assist with rework/sanitation tasks, and report issues to machine operators, group leader, or supervisor as needed.
