Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects into customers.
  • •Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars, and customer events.
  • •Respond to functional and technical customer questions, requirements, and perform complex workflow analysis of the interaction between Freshworks and customer infrastructure.
  • •Collect, assess, and communicate customer requirements to central product management.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategy and train sales teams on Freshworks products, technical aspects, and new features.

Key Requirements

  • •Native-level written and oral communication skills in Dutch are required.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in a similar technical solution engineering role, preferably in ITIL/ITSM or SaaS/software product environments.
  • •Experience with SaaS or technology product organizations, including ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • •Excellent senior customer stakeholder communication skills (including CxOs) and strong internal communication skills.
  • •Experience working across complex sales cycles in mid-market and enterprise segments.
