Job Summary

Seeking a Part-Time Stockroom Specialist for adidas Homebush DFO Outlet in NSW. You’ll support day-to-day stockroom operations, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service, helping deliver a premium Factory Outlet experience. You’ll collaborate with Store Manager/Assistant Manager, uphold Global Retail standards, and contribute to achieving sales and profit targets while representing the adidas brand.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day stockroom operations, logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experience.
•Support store management by providing feedback on required resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and deliver a Premium Stockroom Model.
•Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
•Drive and ensure compliance with Global Retail directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
•Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets while supporting customers with outstanding experience and meeting commercial goals.

Key Requirements

•Experience in stockroom procedures and inventory management
•Retail experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear (preferred)

•Permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand (No relocation or visa support)
