•Operationalize and expand the brand system across channels and surfaces, turning guidelines into a living, consistent brand in practice
•Own end-to-end brand and creative execution: paid ads, web design, lifecycle, social, and both digital and physical media
•Concept and launch tentpole creative campaigns; shepherd ideas from concept to market-ready execution
•Drive brand evolution as the company scales, balancing system integrity with necessary innovation
•Bring the brand to life in events, OOH, merch, launch moments, and the digital surfaces used by millions

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

•Adopt and apply AI in daily creative workflow to increase output, using generative tools to concept, produce, and ship faster
•Built tentpole campaigns from blank page to launch and know how to cut through without a nine-figure media budget
