Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure day-to-day spa operations run smoothly by monitoring setups, cleanliness, stock levels, and guest and team satisfaction.
  • •Prioritize guest satisfaction by handling comment/feedback cards to SENSASIA standards, escalating concerns, and encouraging positive TripAdvisor reviews.
  • •Foster a supportive work environment through respectful communication, targets/promotion updates, and conveying messages to/from management.
  • •Conduct random daily spa audits on checklists, guest profiles, standards, and set-ups; provide feedback and rewards as needed.
  • •Supervise and coach spa therapists, support scheduling and bookings (dead space resolution), and ensure SOPs/policies/manuals are implemented and updated.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree of Physical Education, plus fitness-related certifications.
  • •Have fitness-related certifications and strong working knowledge of gym equipment and health club operations.
  • •First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • •2 years spa supervising experience in an international standard spa.
  • •Strong operations management and customer service skills.
