Production Supervisor I

Coordinate production teams to meet established deadlines, forecasted costs, and product quality. Supervise setup and production execution, monitor KPIs such as OEE, losses, scrap/rework, and ensure correct handling and system updates (e.g., Baan/transfer to inspection and warehouse). Lead daily/weekly safety activities, manage people and budgeting, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with BPF, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
