Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and own production-grade automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite workflows, and Claude-based systems.
•Ensure data integrity and governance across Salesforce and NetSuite, including deduplication, validation, and HIPAA/PHI boundary standards.
•Run change management for both platforms with sandbox-first development, documented change requests, tested releases, rollback plans, and version control.
•Administer Salesforce and NetSuite day to day, including users/licenses, permission sets, objects/fields, validation rules, approvals, and reporting.
•Build and maintain integrations across the commercial and financial stack (Salesforce to NetSuite plus HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Linear) to keep revenue and pipeline data consistent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years in business systems, technical operations, revenue operations, or workflow automation with measurable outcomes.
•Hands-on Salesforce administration experience as the accountable admin for a production org, including Flow Builder, validation rules, approvals, and sandbox-to-production deployments.
•NetSuite administration experience across roles/permissions, saved searches, workflows, and reporting, with a credible plan to ramp on NetSuite.
•Strong quote-to-cash understanding of how opportunities become orders, invoices, and recognized revenue across CRM and ERP.
•Experience building agentic, multi-step workflows and prompts using tools like Claude, Zapier, n8n, Slack, Linear, Notion, and Salesforce.
