Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, configure, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework to manage exceptions, disputes, and investigation workflows.
•Design and implement technical solutions for payment operations, including SWIFT messages, ACH, wire transfers, and cross-border payment investigations.
•Build and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and complex background processing components such as queue processors and job schedulers.
•Design and configure secure enterprise-grade integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners) to connect Pega with external banking ledgers and core transaction systems.
•Enforce Pega guardrails, perform detailed code reviews, troubleshoot errors and processing bottlenecks, and provide architectural guidance while mentoring junior engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Pega development experience on the Pega PRPC platform (Pega 8.x preferred).
•Direct experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and global payment systems/banking operations knowledge.
•Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA/SSA) and Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certifications.
•Advanced knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), Data Pages, declarative expressions, UI rules, and report definitions.
•Strong SQL/database skills plus experience with secure enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners.
