Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise leadership and People Business Partners on compensation planning cycles, including calibration sessions and identifying compensation remedies.
  • •Design, implement, and manage compensation programs such as salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation aligned to strategy and market trends.
  • •Lead job evaluation and market pricing analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across job families and levels.
  • •Partner with G&A leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues and support strategic decision-making and implementation.
