Shape and deliver deeply technical developer content across in-person and digital channels, helping developers adopt and succeed with Auth0. Execute a developer advocacy strategy by identifying key channels, events, and partners, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Developer Content, and Developer Marketing, and translating complex technical concepts into clear tutorials, documentation, videos, and code samples. Gather developer feedback to improve the developer experience and influence product direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute a developer advocacy strategy by identifying key channels, events, and partners to maximize engagement and adoption.
•Cultivate relationships with developers and technical leaders online and at in-person or remote events.
•Advocate for developer needs and pain points within the Auth0 product unit to improve developer experience.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to review early documentation, SDKs, and product capabilities from a content perspective.
•Develop and launch technical content and strategies, including blog posts, tutorials, documentation, videos, and code samples.

•Technical background with hands-on experience, including familiarity with identity standards and best practices.
•Experience creating engaging developer-oriented technical content and translating complex concepts into clear communications.

•Experience with at least one authentication/authorization protocol such as OAuth, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or LDAP.
•Understanding of core application security concerns including password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, and XSRF.
