Key Responsibilities

•Evolve the next-generation cloud data architecture into scalable AI-first, cloud-native systems.
•Lead the transition from batch pipelines to near real-time and streaming data infrastructure.
•Create AI-ready data products, semantic layers, and metadata/knowledge structures for analytics and AI agents.
•Use AI to accelerate development, testing, documentation, monitoring, and operational workflows.
•Improve BI accessibility and reduce time-to-insight across product, revenue, marketing, customer success, and finance teams, while raising engineering standards through mentorship and reviews.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering, including designing and operating modern cloud data platforms.
•Experience transitioning from batch-oriented pipelines to near real-time/streaming data systems.
•Hands-on with Databricks, dbt, Airflow, Python, and SQL data modeling.
•Strong understanding of data warehousing architectures, data quality frameworks, and data governance practices.
•Ability to lead complex projects end-to-end and demonstrate an AI-first mindset, including using AI to improve engineering workflows.
