Yard Technician

Maintain a construction equipment rental yard by inspecting units before and after use, documenting incoming and outgoing equipment, and supporting routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. Load and unload equipment, manage inventory systems per standard operating procedures, and keep the yard and shop clean while following safety practices. The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with possible on-call coverage and overtime after 40 hours.
