  • •Lead and motivate a production team (15+ across multiple shifts) to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • •Coordinate daily production activities, chair shift start-up meetings, and ensure effective shift handovers.
  • •Monitor production metrics including equipment downtime, WIP, material availability, and inventory accuracy to support operational efficiency.
  • •Allocate resources and manage workflow to meet production schedules in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Materials to resolve issues and improve performance.
