Lead and coach a branch team to deliver excellent client service, execute the Branch Playbook, and achieve branch goals. Own day-to-day branch operations and compliance, including regulatory, security, and audit procedures. Drive growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding small business relationships through outside calling, centers of influence, and strong partnerships with internal lines of business. Recruit, onboard, schedule, and manage performance through disciplined coaching.
