Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a contact point between the production team and other departments to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Join or lead projects to improve/develop processes that optimize production workflows and efficiency.
  • •Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to reduce material waste, operational costs, and machine downtime.
  • •Investigate root causes of quality issues to minimize Customer Complaint Rates and improve product consistency.
  • •Lead or participate in capital investment projects, machine upgrades, and system automation evaluations; train new staff/operators on standardized procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •University/College degree in a technical major (e.g., Printing, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
  • •1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (freshers with excellent school results may be considered).
  • •Knowledgeable of production, process control, and sample development processes.
  • •Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis using DMAIC, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagram methods.
  • •English communication is a big advantage; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt is a strong advantage.
