Technology Technician (Continuous Improvement)

Act as a key liaison between production and other departments to drive continuous improvement. Join or lead projects that optimize production workflows, reduce material waste, operational costs, and machine downtime, and investigate quality root causes to lower Customer Complaint Rates. Support capital investment, machine upgrades, and automation evaluations, and help train operators on standardized procedures and continuous improvement practices.
