Sr Construction/Facilities Engineer

Design and develop drawings for area-specific production facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing hydrocarbon recovery. Evaluate facility development options (debottlenecking, new infrastructure, tie-backs), align basis of design with production forecasts, and produce project deliverables such as PFDs, BOMs, plot plans, flowline routing, and cost estimates. Troubleshoot mechanical failures, oversee well tie-ins and start-ups, and support air emissions modeling and abatement with PVT and dispersant modeling. Manage construction timing and technical assurance through project gates.
