Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PH replenishment planning as the single point of contact for demand, supply, and inventory management to serve customers efficiently.
  • •Process and maintain systems including SAP PO processing (PIR/ICP updates), quarterly updates, JDA/SAP exception review, and MDG product code extension.
  • •Monitor shipment arrival and release as planned, coordinating with internal and external parties and proactively communicating shipment information.
  • •Coordinate with sales to provide realistic demand input to the demand planning team, ensuring monthly cycle submissions on time.
  • •Manage inventory with the warehouse team (including virtual stock counts when needed) and produce supply chain reports for related functions, including month-end closing.
